Handbuilt Ceramic Blue & Yellow Tumbler

Rustic in quality and evocative of the movement of tectonic plates shifting, this earthly texture is a mixture of Wild Clay and Porcelain, and in which I affectionately refer to as "cookies and cream". The glaze is adapted from an original Lucie Rie recipe. The firing schedule adjusted just right to allow the glaze to flow at peak temperature and reveal its colors in stunning blue and yellow.
