Small serving or decorative platter. Wood Fired Raw Clay with flash marks that show the imprint of the flame on the porcelain surface. Raw clay means that this piece isn't glazed and all color variation comes from the interaction of the clay and flame during the firing. Small wads of clay are placed on the top to cause obstruction to the path of the flame - those are the white circles. Beautiful, subtle colors provide a supportive background for instagramming food.
